Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or printing error, we will make it right.

You have 30 days from the product’s delivery date to report any issue.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Provide clear photos showing the defect, damage, or printing issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
